1 Add photos & set copies

Each: up to 20 MiB, 24 megapixels and 12,000 px per side. Combined: 60 MiB and 48 megapixels. Still images only. Add more files with the same selector.

Copies stay together, in list order, and fill rows from left to right. Use Move up/down buttons with the keyboard to reorder. Up to 100 copies and 10 pages per PDF.

      2 Choose paper & layout

Every box has the dimensions above. “Fit whole image” preserves all content and may add white padding; the visible photo can be smaller than the box. “Fill box” crops the center to fill it. Nothing is stretched.

      Choose images to begin.

      arranged at their selected size.

Add images to create a sheet.

Preview outlines show photo boxes; they are not printed. Extra copies continue onto additional sheets. Grid starts at the top-left margin; unused space remains at the right and bottom.

Print on the selected paper at 100% / actual size. Turn off “fit to page”. Your printer may need larger margins than the ones selected here; check a sample with a ruler.

Photos stay on your device. All layout and PDF processing is local. Exported photos are re-encoded as JPEGs with source metadata removed; transparency becomes white. Originals remain unchanged.

A sheet that matches your plans.

      1. Pick images and quantities

Add a single photo for repeated copies, or several photos for a mixed sheet. Each image has its own copy count. Move images in the list to change their order on paper.

      2. Set physical dimensions

Choose A4 or Letter, the orientation, and the photo box dimensions in millimetres. For 2 × 2 inch boxes, enter 50.8 × 50.8 mm. All images use the same box size in this version.

      3. Preview every page

Check crop and padding, then download the PDF. The default A4 layout fits 25 boxes of 35 × 45 mm, with 10 mm margins and 3 mm spacing. Printing 26 copies creates a second page.

      Before you print

Does 300 DPI guarantee a sharp print?

No. Photos are rasterized at 300 DPI for their selected box size, then placed at exact PDF dimensions. If the source has fewer pixels, an upscaling warning appears. Increasing a DPI setting does not recover missing detail.

What happens if a photo box does not fit?

The tool reports the problem and disables export. Reduce the box dimensions or margins, or switch orientation. Copies exceeding the current sheet’s capacity continue to the next page, up to 10 pages.

Will the entire image be printed?

The default fit mode keeps the entire image with white padding as needed. Center crop fills every box and removes content at its edges. Inspect the preview before exporting, especially for document photos.

Can I print to the edge of the paper?

You can set zero margins, but many printers cannot print to the edge. Choose margins supported by your printer. The PDF preserves your selected layout; your print dialog must use the same paper size and actual-size scaling.

Prepare the photo before arranging it.

Use the Image Dimensions & DPI Checker to inspect pixels and estimate print size before creating your sheet.

Use the Passport & ID Photo Maker for precise crop alignment. For digital submissions with a file-size limit, use the Image Compressor; a print sheet PDF is intended for paper output.
